Due to ongoing circumstances related to COVID-19, we want to share with you the
procedures that we are taking to protect the RUFSKIN family as we continue to adhere
to official guidance to help keep the health and well-being of everyone a top priority.
STORE CLOSED
RUFSKIN's San Diego storefront remains temporarily closed. We will continue to keep
you updated in regards to a reopening date.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP
In lieu of California's recent mandatory stay at home order, curbside pick-up is recommended
further details regarding curbside pick-up.
We are shipping all online orders however delays in order processing may occur.
Tracking updates will be provided via email. As a result of the global pandemic, the
United States Postal Service (USPS) has been severely impacted and in some instances
suspended service all together. Because of this we have temporarily removed
this option.
For International customers, FedEx remains the only carrier available as their
operations have not been interrupted, offering reliable service and delivery times
in only a few days. Shipping costs may be high so please consider ordering
multiple items.
