THIS RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PURCHASES FROM RUFSKIN.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unworn item for a refund, online gift card or exchange. All tags and packaging materials are required. Original shipping costs are not included with refunds or online credits. Returns must be initiated within 7-days from the date of delivery. ALL SALES FINAL ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM RACK SECTION(S) - NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
FREE RETURNS
We offer customers the option to add Free Returns at checkout for a small fee, which covers your return shipping label so there are no additional postage costs when sending an item back.
- Free Returns coverage is available for domestic (US) orders only.
- Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
- Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange, click here. You may exchange items for another size, color or style of equal or lesser value. Upon receipt we will send you the new item. If the exchange is lesser in value, a store credit will be given for the difference. All other return rules and restrictions listed above apply.
ONLINE CREDIT
An online credit is offered for the purchase price of the returned item(s). These credits do not expire and can be redeemed any time, even during sales or promotions. A unique gift code will be sent to the email address associated with your account once the return is received. Shipping costs or any additional surcharge for shipping will not be included with the value of the online credit.
REFUND POLICY
All refunds issued will be in the amount paid for the product only. Shipping costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns for refunds totaling $1,000 or more will incur a restocking fee of $100 per $1,000 which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned orders resulting from recipients' failure to retrieve the package, refusal or payment of duties and taxes.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Should you happen to receive an incorrect or defective item, please initiate a return through our returns portal within 7 days of delivery and select the appropriate reason (e.g., "Faulty Item Received" or "Damaged"). We will provide a complimentary replacement and prepaid return label for the original item at no additional cost.
Please be aware, we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through www.rufskin.com. Returns must be delivered to RUFSKIN Headquarters in San Diego California. Your order number will be required with all returns. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier. RUFSKIN, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment. When you contact our customer service team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the order in our system. Please allow up to five to seven business days for your return to be processed. Once a refund is complete, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.
