Returns



THIS RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO PURCHASES FROM RUFSKIN.COM ONLY. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, unworn item for a refund, online gift card or exchange. All original tags and packaging bags are required. Shipping costs are not included with refunds or online gift cards. Returns must be initiated within 7-days from the date of delivery. Additionally, ALL SALES FINAL ON MERCHANDISE FOUND ON THE SALE/RACK SECTION OF THE WEBSITE.

To process your return please use the packing slip included in your order and send it back with the item(s). If no packing slip, you may use a Return Form located here.

Want to save time and the hassle of return postage? Just email us at info@rufskin.com to request a link for $12 flat rate shipping with FedEx. (Domestic customers only) Postage will be billed prior to generating a label or deducted from any refund.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange items for another size, color or style of equal or lesser value. Upon receipt we will send you, FREE OF CHARGE, the item(s) as notated on the return form. If the exchange is lesser value a refund will be processed to the original payment method. All other return rules and restrictions listed above apply.

ONLINE GIFT CARD

Online gift cards are offered for the purchase price of the returned item(s). These cards do not expire and can be redeemed any time, even during sales or promotions. A unique gift code will be sent to the email address associated with your account once the return is received. Shipping costs or any additional surcharge for shipping will not be included with the value of the gift card.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds issued will be in the amount paid for the product only. Shipping costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns for refunds totaling $1,000 or more will incur a restocking fee of $100 per $1,000 which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned orders resulting from recipients failure to retrieve the package or pay for duties and taxes. 


DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Should you happen to receive an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 7-days of delivery. We will be happy to provide a complimentary replacement and return of the original item received at no additional cost.

Please be aware, we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through www.rufskin.com. Returns must be delivered to RUFSKIN Headquarters in San Diego California. Your order number will be required with all returns. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier. RUFSKIN, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment. When you contact our customer service team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the order in our system. Please allow up to five to seven business days for your return to be processed. Once a refund is complete, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.
