SALES, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES 

Terms of Purchase

We currently accept the following online methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. NOTE: Please ensure your billing address on file with your financial institution matches the billing address provided. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or COD orders. In addition, RUFSKIN, LLC is in no way responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it may be needed in the future. Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us due to being provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee. RUFSKIN reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our secure database for business purposes. Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged. RUFSKIN, LLC. will charge California sales tax on all orders delivered within California and other states where applicable. Items on our web site may, on rare occasion, be mispriced. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will refund the difference and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for additional payment before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancelation.

International Orders

RUFSKIN LLC is proud to offer international shipping options. All orders are dispatched from the United States of America. Your purchase will be totaled in US Dollars including shipping charges. Please note: RUFSKIN LLC does not collect and is in no way responsible for any additional import charges, taxes, duties or customs fees incurred on your shipment when the package arrives in your country. These fees vary by country, consult your local tax and customs authorities for details. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned orders resulting from recipients failure to retrieve the package or pay for duties and taxes.

Return Policy 

THIS RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO PURCHASES FROM RUFSKIN.COM ONLY. 

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for purchases made at RUFSKIN.COM. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, unworn item for an online gift card, exchange or refund. All attached tags, product SKU identifications and original packaging materials are required. To receive an online credit or refund, (less shipping costs) all items must be returned within 7-days from the date of delivery. Additionally, ALL SALES FINAL ON RACK AND LEATHER MERCHANDISE.

Please be aware, we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through www.rufskin.com. Returns must be delivered to RUFSKIN Headquarters in San Diego California. Your original order number will be required on all returns. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for refund. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. RUFSKIN, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. When you contact our Customer Service Team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the order in our system. Please allow five to seven business days for your return to be processed. Once a refund is complete, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color please complete the return form and indicate you wish to receive an online credit. Exchanges must be delivered to RUFSKIN Headquarters in San Diego California. Upon receipt we will send you the requested item(s) free of charge. You are responsible for shipping costs of sending the item(s) back to us, unless you received an item that is defective or if we sent you the wrong item.  All other return rules and restrictions listed above apply. 

Refund Policy 

All refunds issued will be in the amount paid for the product only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges may be applied to your second order as applicable. Returns for refunds totaling $1,000 or more will incur a restocking fee of $100 per $1,000 which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned orders resulting from recipients failure to retrieve the package or pay for duties and taxes.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 7-days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 7-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.

Shipping and Delivery Terms 

Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery even though an order may be delivered in quicker time. If after two weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@rufskin.com. Free shipping is available on all orders over $300 USD. RUFSKIN reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary although we will try to adhere to your chosen method. Unless informed otherwise by a RUFSKIN, LLC representative, your order may be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address. Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from RUFSKIN, LLC, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.

*THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED* We are now offering USPS First Class Mail International to certain countries.  It is an affordable option small packages weighing four pounds (1.8 kilograms) or less to international destinations. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. When this option is selected orders can not be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatch from our warehouse.  Please note that is is not available in all countries.  The option will appear after you enter your shipping address at check out if available.

Lately there has been an increase of counterfeit RUFSKIN products making their way into the marketplace. While we have a program to aggressively pursue those who engage in these practices, some counterfeit product finds its way into the marketplace, especially via the internet.

While imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, the only way you can guarantee that you are buying genuine RUFSKIN is by shopping our website, visiting our San Diego boutique, or shopping with one of our authorized retail partners.
